Mike Mueller is doing some advanced customization with the RealBird Facebook application for his clients. Beautiful !

One of the first questions I get asked by an Agent who wants a Custom Facebook Business Page created is “Can you pull in my listings – here’s my IDX Feed”The answer is No!
"Pretty Please?"
Still No.
Not because I don't want to. You see... Facebook does not like dynamic content in custom tabs and guess what your IDX feed is? Yup! “Dynamic”.
But wait there’s a workaround and a very pretty one at that. The folks over at RealBird have a slick application.
How slick? Check this out:

Thanks for reminding me about RealBird. I checked it out when they first did this tool but had forgotten til I saw your post.
Mike, I'm using this blog as a good example of a blog in the notes I'm sending to attendees from the webinar I did today at Virtual RE Bar Camp. Hope that's OK with you. :-)
Very well done. We will print this one out and add it to our list of marketing tools. Thanks
OK since I am setting up all new websites and facebook pages Mike is next on my list to call. Of course with the next two days fully booked it is going to be Friday. Thanks for the post though.
Thank you for putting that widget on my Facebook!

Great show. Great explanation. Now featured on the Optimist Group.
Good info. I just started my page and will get that one for sure.
Mike and Zoltan - this is great. I need a block of time to get it into action - but it is on my TASK list now.
Hello Zoltan, I thought it would be tougher than it was to get your application onto FB. Now, to know that it can be even jazzier just blows me away. Thanks!
Michelle - I can't speak for Mike :), but it's OK with us !
Alexandria - Agree ! Mike did a great job with Facebook and RealBird for his clients
Larry - Sounds good
Mirela - As always: THANKS ! Did you get my email about the Google Wave invite?
Andrew - You are welcome
Gene - Sounds good. Let us know when your FB Page is up and running
Kathryn - Glad that you like it
John - Doesn't it. I had to reblog as soon as I saw what amazing job Mike did with these tools and spiced with a lot of creativity

No, I didn't. Where? I'll go check my e-mails.
Mirela - Let me know your email address I should use for the invite and I send it out asap
Thanks

OK. I added it to the invite list. Most people I invited got the actual access to the Wave within a few days. Let me know when you are in, though I'll see it as well. We have a group of RE people trying to figure out the Wave together. It's fun !
Thanks

OK Zoltan...I really want to take the Real Bird approach. Even more, I want to be able to post on Facebook, as demonstrated in the video. Hasn't been more than several months since someone on AR wrote that a fast way to have one's Facebook account closed is to use the personal pages for business advertising. So I don't advertise on my personal pages. However, i tried to sign up on Facebook to get a business page. Facebook clearly says "you cannot have more than one account." Do you know anything about this?
Hi Sherry - You can create a Facebook Page using your current FB account. No need for a new Facebook account. Just log in to Facebook as usual, then go to http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php and follow the simple instructions on that screen. Make sure you select the correct Page category and a title that reflects your business.
Thanks
